Purchase your Sale Contract Package through buymyplace
Purchase your Sale Contract Package through buymyplace so that you have a contract of sale, which outlines the conditions of the sale and the inclusions, ready to be viewed by prospective buyers. In NSW and ACT it is mandatory to have a contract of sale in place before you list, but we recommend you do this regardless of the state you live in so buyers can see clearly the terms and conditions and you are ready to proceed to the offer stage.
When does this happen?
Ideally just prior to listing.

Purchase your Sale Conveyancing Package through lawlab
Purchase your Sale Conveyancing Package through lawlab (including other disclosures and searches if required). Once you have a contract that has been signed, both parties proceed to what is known as settlement stage. The Sale Conveyancing Package includes the relevant sales processing documents in order for the property title to pass from the seller to the buyer. This is a separate process from the drawing up of the initial contract and it incurs a separate fee, which is usually paid out of your settlement proceeds.

After the contract has been signed.

Fast-tracking contracts

In New South Wales, Victoria and Australian Capital Territory, your process can be fast-tracked for an additional Fast-Tracking Fee. These are not included in the fees above. Fast-Tracking Fees depend on your needs and range from:

If you require fast-tracking, please let us know at the time of purchasing your Sale Contract Package; this information will be passed onto lawlab who will be able to advise and confirm final Fast-Tracking fees.

In purchasing a Sale Contract Package from buyMyplace, you consent to this information being provided by buyMyplace to lawlab on your behalf. You will remain a customer of buyMyplace for your marketing campaign and services that you have purchased from us, other than conveyancing.
