How Enquiries are Handled

Please note, both Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au do not allow us to show your contact details anywhere in your ad. We have built the following systems to ensure you receive your enquiries in real-time.

Email enquiries

When a potential buyer uses the ‘Contact agent’ or ‘Get in touch’ form on either Realestate.com.au or Domain.com.au they enter their details and we automatically send this information to you via email – 24 hours a day.
At the same time, we automatically send your contact information to the potential buyer.

Phone enquiries

When someone calls the number listed on your ad, they enter your Phone ID which is always located at the top of the description.
This then instantly sends a notification to you via SMS with their phone number. They will also receive an automated SMS with your phone number.

Connectmybuyer - phone system upgrade

This upgrade service allows us to patch through the phone enquiry instantly and if you are available you can answer the call just like any other. You will still receive an SMS alert and the potential buyer will still receive an automatic SMS with your number too.
